About the Workshop
From military training grounds to hospital wards and sports arenas, the need for continuous, reliable and non-invasive health monitoring has never been greater. The PERSIMMON Workshop on Biomedical IoT and Smart Patches brings together researchers, practitioners and innovators to explore how next-generation wearable technology is moving from the laboratory into the real world.
This free hybrid event, hosted by PERSIMMON partner Evalan in Amsterdam, will feature expert presentations on the application of PERSIMMON smart patches across three high-impact domains: Defence, Healthcare, and Sport. Speakers from leading research institutions and organizations will share findings, challenges and perspectives on what it takes to deploy biodegradable, AI-powered wearable sensors in demanding real-world environments.
Attendance is free and online participation is welcome from anywhere in the world.
