On February 10th, 2025, the PERSIMMON project was presented internally at Mycronic as part of a project update for the company’s Sustainable Innovation Fund.
Jonathan Karlsson, Mycronic’s representative within the PERSIMMON consortium, delivered the presentation, providing an overview of the project’s technical objectives and Mycronic’s specific role and contributions. The session covered the key aspects of PERSIMMON’s approach to biodegradable smart patch development, offering colleagues and fund representatives a clear picture of the research being carried out within the project.
Mycronic’s Sustainable Innovation Fund supports internal research activities aligned with sustainability goals, making PERSIMMON, with its focus on biodegradable electronics and circular economy principles, a natural fit for the fund’s objectives.
